You may book your desired tour and when you receive an email confirmation consider your
status accepted. There is a 45 person maximum, so book your tour early.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, you will receive a Waiting List email with the dates of the next available tour date and if those dates fit in with your schedule, book your tour immediately.

There will be 3 tour guides. The tours will be conducted in Farsi, English and Spanish

The tour is available to all the peoples of the world. You do not have to be a Bahá’í.

You are required to pay the deposit in advance. There is no refund once the payment is made but you may either reschedule your tour or transfer the payment to a friend or relative.

We encourage you to bring children over the age of eight years old. We do not have child care and parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and may be asked to take their children out of tour if they are disturbing others.

You are responsible to purchase your own travel health insurance and required to provide a
copy of your travel health insurance for our records so that we can make necessary arrangements should you become ill during your travel.

Yes, while most countries do not require U.S. citizens to purchase an entry visa, some do. Non U.S. citizens will require a visa for entry into almost all countries. We select local hotels that are listed with a minimum of 3 stars and handle all hotel
arrangements for the group.

One of our priorities is to make sure that your stay will be comfortable and convenient.
Therefore, we select the hotels for you.

Absolutely. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking and we can
provide options for you.

We immediately want to say yes but there may be some locations that are not accessible to
everyone so please we encourage you to contact us and let’s discuss as we want to plan your
travel and maybe you can have a companion join you to also help.

There are only 45 travelers permitted to be on each tour.

Because you want to make sure that each tour guide is dedicated to answering your questions
and who will provide you with as much one-to-one service and a larger group doesn’t allow for this.

No, you don’t have to join the group for all the guided tours. But please let us know in advance so that we can make sure we don’t send out a search party to locate you.

Absolutely. But those are customized tours and we do combine multiple tours in one amazing
journey, contact us and we will assist you.

We recommend traveling light and taking into consideration souvenirs you may purchase during your trip. We have also listed the temperatures in each location to guide you also with ‘what to pack’. Also remember that some airlines charge for checked bags, so take that into consideration.
